- Please call or e-mail us for details and to find out what is and what isn't included in the property inspection.
- Arrangements
should be made with the seller / selling agent to ensure that the
inspection can be completed at the scheduled time.
- All areas of the home should be accessible including attic, furnace, water heater, and garage.
- All utilities must be turned on and all pilots lit for a complete inspection.
- A signed inspection agreement
must be completed and sent back to us before the inspection report can
be released. This can be done via Fax prior to the inspection if the
buyer is out of town. Also, let us know just prior to the appointment
if you will be late or unable to attend.
- Payment in full is required in order to release inspection report. Currently, we accept cash, check, money order, Visa and Mastercard.
