Guided Inspections is an Round Rock based Home Inspection Company that offers services on existing residential, new homes, condos, multi-units, pre-listing inspections and warranty inspections.

Buying and selling a home can be a stressful and emotional process. It is also probably the biggest investment you will make. I strive to make you comfortable with this process and help alleviate some of your stress. Superior customer service is a top priority; before, during and after the inspection . I strongly encourage that you be present and involved during the inspection, if possible, and ask lots of questions. You will receive your report within twenty-four hours of the inspection, complete with color digital photos for added clarification. Reports can be e-mailed or downloaded from this website. After you receive your report, I will be available to review and explain the items within the report with you in a way that is easy to understand. I want to make the inspection process easier on you, not bog you down with technical jargon. Everything identified during the inspection will be included on the report in great detail.

About Jesse
I have 10+ years experience in various aspects of the construction and remodeling field. I am also a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. I owned and operated Bryant Construction out of Asheville NC for 3 years prior to serving four years active duty in the United States Army as an Intelligence Analyst. I spent one year in Iraq and finished my service as a non-commissioned officer (ask about the military discount). I pride myself in my honesty, unbiased opinions and high standards. My duty is to you, my client. You will find that I maintain a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in which you are encouraged to ask questions, and have them answered in a professional manner.
